Good morning! Great episode. One of the Ah Has! for me was about how a habit is more likely to stick. While I habit stack, do something many days in a month, etc. as I build new habits, I heard a therapist talk about her clients changing habits. The One Thing that made a habit stick for her clients was whether or not they incorporated it as part of their identity. If they didn't, then "Getting back to normal" with the new habit after something threw them off track was HARD. If they incorporated that habit as part of their identity, "Getting back to normal" was easier to achieve. Your discussion plays right into this thought
