I'm also a cruiser. Using my protocol (Love the idea of naming it blueprint), I feel a lot more at ease around the abundance of food on the ships. My number one is using the concept of the velvet rope to decide if I even order it, number two is stop eating if it is NOT worth it (it looked better on the menu than it actually tasted), and number three is go for the menu over the buffet. Of course, the basics still apply. Stop eating when I have had enough.
